For this you have to activate stereo mix first. It works like this:
If you can't activate stereo mix, you need the free VB-Cable driver that you can download here: http://vincent.burel.free.fr/VirtualAudioApps/VBCABLE_Driver_Pack43.zip Unpack the Zip and run the VBCABLE_Setup_x64.exe as administrator on Windows 64bit. For Windows 32bit, run VBCABLE_Setup.exe as administrator. The handling is like stereo mix.
Then you install Audacity: https://www.audacity.de/ Then choose the stereo source or VB cable at the sound source.
