Can I use my Adobe Illustrator from the computer on my laptop?

I have a license for Adobe Illustrator installed on my Mac. I would need it now on my laptop, because I will be on the road for a few weeks. Is it possible to disable it virtually and install it on the laptop and use it there?

Yes, that would have to work. Disable or uninstall on one computer and install and activate on the other computer. Probably they will notice it and a message will appear. Then talk to the support.
