I wanted to reset my laptop and also had to wait a few hours and in the end it came out that there was a problem but it wasn't exactly which one. It just said that there was a problem. Then I wanted to reset the laptop several times and also with a USB stick, but there was always a problem so everything is the same as before. Why is that and how does it work that my laptop resets properly? (I don't want to sell it, I want to clean it up)
By reset you mean "reset this PC" in the Windows settings, right?

Then create a USB tool with Win10, boot over it and then you can format your hard drive from there.
