I have a photo on the laptop and want to load it on the memory card so I can print it at dm or something. But I do not know how it works…

You connect your mobile phone and your laptop via charging cable and then simply send the picture to your mobile phone.
But it wants to my camera memory card: / …
Connect the memory card (via card reader) to the laptop, copy the photo to the card, safely remove the card and remove it to DM.

Simply connect the mobile phone with the memory card to the laptop with a USB cable, then open Windows Explorer twice:
1. This PC → Local Disk (\ C. (Which can also be called different… There you have just to the location of the photo)
2. This PC → (the name of your mobile phone should now appear somewhere under "this PC") → Card (or "sdkarte" or similar) and then simply drag the photo inside the card (manually with the mouse pointer xD) where you want it and find it back at the end
But what does it mean to remove?
