How can I best handle my laptop battery?

I have a laptop which I use both at home and on some days at school. At the moment my "rhythm" looks like this:

If I use the laptop at home, then only infected. When I go to sleep, I unplug my laptop and drive it down. The next day I take him to school with a full battery.
