Laptop touchpad - mouse pointer settings - where can I find them?

Enter "mouse" into the search at the bottom left. Then you should find "Mouse Settings". You can then set it there. (Even more settings under "other mouse options" on the same page). If there's something on the left side with "touchpad", it can't say 100%, I'm on the desktop PC.
