Draw / write laptop?

Hey silly question but I got a laptop yesterday and now I have to write an essay

but there's such a program where a man can write characters and something (afterwards also print it out?

How do I find the program?

What exactly do you mean Draw in handwriting with a pen? Or with the keyboard?

Word or Paint. With Paint you can paint and then insert with word. It is also free as a LibreOffice if you don't want to buy the OpenOffice

The Task Manager is not there to start programs.

I always use Google docs, but I don't know if you can create drawings there. Anyway, Google docs works great for me because it's a cloud and you can use it in parallel on all devices. You can simply download the app from Google or use it in the browser.
