My subscription was paid recently and I can continue to watch my films / series without errors on my mobile phone. Only on my laptop, every time I click something, the text pops up that my account has not been paid and it is therefore closed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. What can that be?
It can't be due to my internet connection, since I was able to install and register the app without any problems.
It is also not due to my laptop, since I had no other complaints (also related to Netflix).
I also logged out of the account, closed the app and then logged in again.

The ccleaner logs me out of the app, which leads to the conclusion that the temporary data and registry key are removed from the app and may solve your problem after uninstalling
beyond that, however, it is not foreseeable what other problems this could cause, although this has not been the case for me yet… So with reservation and at your own risk:-)
