where can you get used computers and notebooks from the Bundeswehr?

Why Bundeswehr? They use the same boxes as outside

Does the Bundeswehr necessarily have to be a previous owner or is it enough for you if it is a device like that used by the Bundeswehr?

Not only for the most part.

Old devices are dismantled and disposed of properly by the BWI, all data is irreversibly deleted.

At VEBEG and customs auction

It is a big risk to buy used Bw items at auction. You can't visit them. Much of what is offered is not or not fully functional. Parts have often been removed beforehand and replaced with old parts. If they discard something, in most cases it really is at the end.

And despite the inspection, vehicles, which were designated and inspected as being drivable, will have their engine and transmission and other parts exchanged for old parts after the inspection.
