It is worth upgrading the RAM of the laptop from 4GB DDR4 to 8GB DDR4
If it brings more speed, the laptop will be a little bit faster. An SSD hard drive is already installed in the laptop
Cpu Celeron processor 4205U 1.80 GHz, 2 MB Intel® cache
Yes, this brings more speed, especially if you work with many tasks (also with your browser).
But can't save your bad CPU either.
Brings you significantly more performance, you can do better work because more programs can be loaded and held in the working memory, the mutlitasken will be better, even if you only have Word and Firefox with 3 tabs open, in my eyes, an entry-level device should nowadays only used for surfing or streaming, have at least 8GB RAM.
Have a look during the use in the Task Manager and there the RAM utilization. If the RAM is almost 100% full, you can assume that an expansion will help you.
If the RAM is not fully loaded, you will not feel any change, since the problem would then probably be more likely to be found with a high CPU load.
Otherwise, I can only agree with CoSci's answer - but only if the RAM is actually very full.
I only use the laptop for surfing and to use OpenOffice
What I want to say with this is that it brings a bit more RAM to work with many computers, but you won't notice that much with your CPU. It is not simply not a problem that you have too little RAM but it is due to the CPU.
But YES, more RAM is noticeable when you work with many tasks.
