I would buy the screen and the pc individually, because if the pc is integrated in the screen it is firstly more difficult graphics cards ect. Exchanging and secondly there's not enough space there to build a powerful PC.
Better buy separately. So Pc and monitor what you mean are allinone. Don't last long.
