Laptop under 1000 euro?

I'm looking for a new notebook, which should be handy and flat, and is under 1000 euro. I will mostly need it at school and every now and then to play Just Cause, GTA 5, Cities Skylines, etc. In the evenings. My problem is that I will not find what I'm looking for. Would be great if you would call me some models that would qualify!
