Laptop ram problem

I wanted to give my laptop a new ram. The problem is that the Task Manager shows that the laptop still has 2 unused slots, but when I open the laptop I can only see 2 slots that are already occupied. There are hidden additional slots somewhere or why does the laptop display this incorrectly?

Can also be because the chipset drivers are not installed.

You should find out from the instruction manual for the laptop whether there are any slots left.
