Nail glue came on my Apple laptop. Luckily not on the keyboard but under it. Next to the touchpad. Can you remove it somehow?
Do you mean for ready-made nails? That should be cyanoacrylate, so superglue.
As you describe it, the glue appears to be on the aluminum case.
One could try to peel off piece by piece with a sharp edge of a wooden object.
I would solve the rest with acetone. (You can try nail polish remover, there are also some with acetone) that takes a little, so be patient. In addition, you should not come into contact with plastic, it would be dissolved…
