Should work. 720, 30fps. You can just test it. Get OBS, record something as a test and see if something is lagging.

So you only have one Intel GMA HD - Graphics. This GPU can decode Mpeg-2 and H.264 content, but the graphics chip can't help you with coding video material. Intel Quick Sync is only available from Sandy Bridge (Intel HD 2000/3000)
