Chip installer does not download the app?

I wanted to download an app on my laptop today. As always, I got the appropriate chip installer from the chip website.

I opened the Intaller and made all the necessary settings. After the app had downloaded for 10 minutes, the window simply closed and there's no trace of the application. So I tried again. Same again.

Maybe someone knows about it and can help me?

I wouldn't use the chip installer, it's best to just get the correct installer from the program's website

Please do not use a chip installer. Better get the program directly from the manufacturer's website.

Either load the program directly from the developer or if it absolutely has to be from the chip, then the direct loader instead of the chip loader…

Download the program directly. The chip installer is so unnecessary that words can hardly describe it.
