I see a lot of would-be "entrepreneurs" who also call themselves that on Instagram.
Their Instagram profiles are bursting with self-love and staging.
They take pictures of themselves in a suit and with a cell phone to their ears and they all seem to make tons of money.
(More pretense than being) When you talk to you, they usually can't even state what service they offer. So you can't name what you do, other than post pictures of yourself on the Internet and pose with a laptop or cell phone or car.
What do you think of the so-called young "entrepreneurs"?
Is an incredibly good aspect that you are addressing. The problem is not with these Wanna Be Belforts but with the primitive followers… From an economic point of view, of course, social media marketing and self-marketing are absolutely sensible and are usually very positive for sales. That actually means these "entrepreneurs" are not doing anything wrong. Of course, it's a moral thing, of course, and everyone has to agree something with themselves, to what extent they disguise and sell their own self and pretend to be someone they are not.
But I mean there are sadly enough people who buy things via the affiliate links or look at all Google Ads or like pictures…
It's exactly the same on YouTube… There, more and more people are turning to Wannabe-Whatever be it beauty, fitness, sport, games or some Fifa Packs xD
Unfortunately, it is the primitive people who fall for it, who give people success and of course keep doing it. Why not? Will be more and more intense in the future and the target groups will often become more and more naive because it hits more and more younger people → example would be Tik Tok…
Well at the end of the day live and let live but from a moral point of view often questionable. I find innovative ideas and start-ups much better and tend to support them.
