Ram removed from notebook?

I have removed my ram cards from the notebook and want to know
That if you remove them if they are empty so they are 0GB / 8GB or if there's anything stored in the storage space from the notebook?
Are 0 / 8GB, because the ram is only short-term memory for processes of the PC
The memory of modern computers / laptops is volatile, i. H. That all data will be lost after the power supply is switched off.

RAM is a so-called "volatile memory". As soon as the current is gone, it is empty.
First of all, a RAM is a volatile memory, ergo there's voltage, if it keeps the data stored, if you turn off the computer, they are gone again.
So your question would actually be answered 🙂
If you want to protect your laptop from strangers, you'd better format your hard drive, which not only stores your data, but also keeps it 😉
