What can I do about sticky laptop keys?

Yesterday I knocked my specie over next to my laptop. Of course, the laptop also got something, but luckily not much.

I got everything away again, except for a few drops that have flowed into my keyboard… Today I discovered (as expected) that a couple of my keys were stuck. Only Shift, Ctrl and Fn are affected. They are all still fully functional, but unfortunately they just stick for a short time and come up very slowly.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can counteract this?

Some alcohol (including cleaning alcohol) should fix the problem. You can use it to flush your speci stains out, so to speak. Just try not to put too much on the plastic for too long. The characters on the buttons can't really take the alcohol off.

Basically a good idea, but for me the keys are not glued to the surface, but underneath. Wouldn't it feel good to flood my keyboard with pure alcohol?

Lever out the buttons, clean them, insert them.
