Clean sticky laptop keyboard?

I recently ate something on the laptop, but didn't wash my hands afterwards and touched the keyboard with sticky hands. It sticks now. How do I clean?

It is best to use a soft cloth and some glass cleaner. The whole please (logically) in the switched-off state and not too much pressure, just like with the display. Please refrain from things like isopropanol, which "cleans" too much under certain circumstances, that is, you have nothing on the buttons.
