Record screen while two apps are on?

So it's about when I record the screen, you can only see the tab on chrome even though I use these sticky notes and there's something on it.

Use sticky notes and the Xbox game bar

My laptop is windows 10

Do you record with the game bar?

If so, then I don't know the answer.

If you record with OBS, then you take a window recording for Chrome and a separate one for sticky notes.

And "my laptop is Windows 10" says just as much as "why do I get a virus if I download free vbucks even though my pan is made of steel."
