Where can I find the SIM card settings in Windows 10?

I discovered that my laptop takes sim cards. Now I have a sim inside but unfortunately no settings for it. Can someone help me please?

There must be a data card with a corresponding data plan from your mobile service provider.

Otherwise it makes no sense. You can't make phone calls with most laptops. Go with the data card but over Skype, Facetime or something.

Go to PC / workstation. Often such things are "run" as a drive. There right click and properties. - If you are lucky.
