Internet dropouts on just one device?

I have a laptop, a cell phone and a stand PC all over the same Wi-Fi network. However, I only have a short break on the Internet at Stand Pc and that makes surfing and gambling impossible. I have no network card installed on my PC but use wireless adapter. I have one from TP-Link (TL-WN821N) and one older from NetGear (WNA3100) both have the latest drivers installed and both of them do not work.

Does your router have the latest firmware on it?

Do you have the dropouts synonymous, if you connect the PC to the test with his LAN cable?
