What can you do if the laptop is totally stuck? Which keys?
Restart always helps the best.
Hold down the power button.
All unsaved content will be lost.
And then look in the event viewer why that happened.
You won't see much there.
If mine does that, I often do a restart. If that doesn't help, I've switched the router off and on again… I can't say whether it was a coincidence when everything went back to normal…
There's probably only a restart of the system.
If the device is running again, be sure to scan for viruses, malware and spyware.
