A model with an Intel processor is best, as the screens are better with these. Otherwise, 8 GB of RAM and an i5 processor are sufficient for your purposes. Such a model is available from around 900 euro

I could program on my 10 year old Dell (100 euro) (which I love) because I test my code on the server side.
Do you just want to program on it because otherwise the price range is much too high. And you can best compare YouTube videos with reviews and user recommendations.
