How do you get tuning parts on the xbox in sims 4?

My Sim is skill level 10 and can't rummage through rubbish. How can I still get tuining parts? Some say with a computer / laptop how do you get it?

Click on a computer or laptop, select "Order" and then "Buy Tuning Parts":)

You can order them or you get them when you've fixed something and then rummaged through the garbage.
