Why isn't my payment working at Microsoft?

I wanted to buy Minecraft on my laptop (with windows 10) on Friday evening. So I bought a Paysafecard and unfortunately the following has been there since Friday when I press "buy permanently" in the Microsoft store: "Stay tuned. Paysafecard is still processing your payment. This can take up to 20 minutes. Try again or go back to the product page and wait a moment. " Then there are the options "Check payment status" and "Navigate to product page" but nothing has happened since Friday and I wonder what is not working there.

This runs on servers that we can't read.

Try refresh, cancel, retry and then the support.
