Since yesterday, Microsoft Office just doesn't work for me. I was busy with Access and my laptop just suddenly crashed ubd since then neither Access nor any Microsoft Office has been working.
I googled how to fix it and did everything on the internet without success.
When starting Microsoft programs, be it Access, Excel etc., the message "Unfortunately, an error is preventing Access from working properly, Access must be closed. Would you like to carry out repairs now?" After I click on repair now, nothing happens.
On the internet I should see if any updates are due, I have carried out Windows Update.
As a last option, I then uninstalled Microsoft Office. Now that I have reinstalled it, just before it is completed, the message appears that an error has occurred.
I also have the office on the iPad, because it works perfectly, but just not on the laptop.
