If I cut a video on a PC, there's a possibility to continue cutting the same video on another laptop, because the files (videos and pictures and such) are not on the laptop either. I'm using Davinci Resolve.
If you transfer the video files etc. + cutting program files to your laptop that should work.
I think cutting programs only work with the name of the data.

If the processing is not available on the Lapi, it can only work online, so simply load the necessary data into a cloud… Then they are also available for the laptop.
With the saved project file (.drp) this does not work in my opinion.
This only works if the partially edited video is exported and saved on a data carrier in order to continue editing on another laptop / PC.
I can't assess whether and to what extent the quality of the video will suffer as a result.
