I'm in an egyptian hotel. I paid for Wi-Fi, but only for one device. I chose my mobile. Is it possible to give my laptop via USB or similar?

Regular hotspot only works if the mobile phone is connected to the internet via mobile phone.

Bluetooth thetering does not seem to work either.

USB tethering works on most devices only with the mobile network.
