I think I was hacked, but I'm not sure if that's right at all and if so what should I do.
Immediately after starting the laptop, a few small pages open on the desktop for a short period of time. They stand behind each other and have a code in the bar I do not quite notice. The end is… Cmd.exe. I do not know the beginning for the pages go too fast. The content is just a black area.
What should I do? Can it have something to do with any pages I use, such as streaming pages?
For technical questions always answer the following questions.
What do you have for an operating system?
Windows 7?
Windows 8?
Windows 10?
Currently you have something in the autostart. You can check this by pressing Windows key and R at the same time and then typing msconfig in the opening field.
You have a tab called "Startup". There you see everything that is executed when you start the calculator.
Maybe make a print screen of it and post here. Maybe you can see something that does not belong there.
Important: With MSCONFIG you can certainly destroy the computer. So do not just play around in it.
That's probably a virus. It could be awkward now the "clean restart" function of the computer use to limit a possible virus

But faster would be to back up personal data to a stick or other partition and then reset Windows completely.
Neither hacked nor normal.
Probably some malware that you have captured.
First, there would be scans of the tools
https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/ and https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/thankyou/ recommended.
Plus the eset online scanner and the sophos virus removal tool. After that it should be clean.
