Take a look at this Acer
A 500 euro laptop is neither good for home office nor for editing videos well.
Computers in this price range are actually still offered with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD, some even with a mechanical hard drive, LOL.
For 200 euro more you can get something decent with 8 GB or 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD / m.2 and a decent resolution of 1920 × 1080 Full HD.
Don't do something like 300-500 Euro laptops, after a short time you will regret it.

Personally, I would go for a used 2013-14 MacBook Pro. I have had a rather bad experience with Windows laptops in this price range.
