Which recovery CD does Sony Vaio accept?

You can no longer log in to a friend's Sony Vaio laptop because shortly afterwards an error appears when logging in to the user profile service. Unfortunately, there's only this account and therefore it can't be repaired via the admin account. Then I wanted to save the data, I created a recovery CD but the laptop says that this is an insecure operating system and that you can't bypass it and start anyway. Now my question: Does anyone know of a recovery CD that the laptop perceives as "safe" and then starts?

You have to request a recovery CD from Sony.

You can't save data with a recovery CD. If in doubt, just delete them.

Especially since such stuff is strictly speaking not necessary in Windows 10. It is better to download the latest version from Microsoft.

But let's start at the beginning:
Which operating system is used?
Does the question "Have regular backups been created?" any answer other than "no"?

Windows 10 is installed. I've made a mistake and actually mean a live operating system with which you can then make a copy of the important data. No, no data has ever been backed up.

The password can e.g. B. Reset the emergency DVD or USB stick with the Computerbild. - This is a Linux live system.
See: https://www.computerbild.de/...11486.html

The data on the hard drive could also be saved with it.
Alternatively, this can also be done with another Linux live system such as B. Perform KNOPPIX. Please refer
