Laptop HardwareID or MAC address still change right on warranty?

So if I change the hardware ID or MAC address with a program, I still have a right to guarantee

Generally, one has nothing to do with the other.

On the other hand, the guarantee is a purely voluntary service provided by the guarantor. If the customer decides that something can void the guarantee, then it is so.
