Elster form on old laptop but no longer accessible?

As described above, the Elster form is on my old laptop, but I have forgotten my password and no longer have access to it.

Is there any other way I can get this form?

As long as the old password does not belong to Bitlocker or any other disk encryption but is "only" the Windows password, the easiest thing to do will be to create another admin account or reset the password. Instructions are available on YouTube.

Or to copy the data under Linux (booted from the USB stick) to an external disk.
