Problems logging in to Elster?

I can no longer get into Elster 😂

if I want to scan the QR code with my iPhone then it fails.

if I then click on "log in with transport code" on the laptop then only a 4-digit code comes. The code I'm supposed to enter apparently has 64 characters…

what do I do now? 😂

Ask the support, or write a ticket. But takes a while. Your problem now, and if you want to wait too
