Gta V gets a still picture?

I got GTA v today and play on a laptop that has little graphics memory or RAM and in the middle of the story mode where you crash against such a train I got a still image because too little RAM graphics memory or CPU is free you can wa do s?

Lower settings… GTA reinstallation. PC reset. New graphics card if nothing works anymore

Or mods out if you have some inside

Buy a PC with enough power
