Defragmentation not working on Windows 10?

First of all, I don't really know about laptops. I want to whip my laptop up a bit and have switched off the startup programs, deleted all the temp files and made a few settings. Now I would like to defragment my laptop because I've never done this before and I've had the laptop since 2015. Defragmenting takes a long time. After 3 hours it was only 2%

Then I went to sleep and this morning the laptop was like out. I pressed a button and then the screen turned on again and then the message came that I'm not an administrator and do not have the authorization to defragment.

But I'm an administrator and there's only one account on my laptop.

Does anyone know and could please help me?

If an SSD is installed there as a hard disk, it does not require DE fragmentation.
