Can I drag a game onto an external hard drive and then play it on another laptop?

I have a new laptop and would like to have a few games on it. Since it doesn't have much storage space and I mainly use it for work, I don't want to load the games directly onto the PC. Is it possible that I drag games like GTA5 or CSGO onto a hard drive, then connect it to my new laptop and play there?

I downloaded the games from Steam.

If the game DRM is free yes.

But CSGO and gta are not, so no.

You may be able to stream the games from your main computer to your laptop with nvidia. If your internet connection is good.

This will not work (unless Steam is also installed on the other computer). Then Steam has to be "said" where the games are, then that could work. If that works out, you should be aware that you will have crazy loading times, because the computer has to do all of this over the (compared to an internal e.g. SATA connection) USB connection.
