Can you go blind if you spend too much time on your cell phone, Ps4 & laptop?

Hi, I'm 13 and I'm already addicted to video games, so to speak. I sit in a chair most of the day and watch my cell phone, television and laptop. So every day only Ps4 and mobile phone, but sometimes I also watch a laptop. Can it happen at some point that I'm blind because of this and can no longer see or can see worse? I'm already myopic up to date.

I read books when I can and always take a break from time to time. (So I lie down on the bed, close my eyes all the time and just listen to music)

So 3 questions:

1. Can you go blind if you spend too much time on your mobile phone / in front of a screen?

2. What can I do in order not to be on the phone so much anymore?

3. At what point (e.g. Time, age) would you go blind if you were on your cell phone too much, etc? Or would that just happen right away?

No and again: no. At least not from that
Give parents a cell phone and laptop so that they can include it.
see point 1

but i wonder why your parents allow this excessive consumption and not put a stop to it; even if you are apparently mature enough to see the consequences of overuse.

No, you will not go blind. It's just very stressful for the eyes and if you constantly look only at such a short distance, then you will become short-sighted because the eye then has no other requirements. I notice that moderately in myself (although I'm probably a few years older than you).

In short: Don't go blind, glasses will probably be yes at some point.

Well, basically there's no difference between a screen and a book. The question would be whether it is harmful to only look at a short distance the whole time or to stare at one point all the time.

Possible
You can answer the question yourself with a little thought, but a tip, self-control is useful, if there's a risk of addiction the psyhologist will help, possibly also responsible parents beforehand, hobby, e.g. Sports, looking outside the home.
Try it out or see point 2.
