I don't like my stepsister. What should I do?

So my stepsister is 10 years old and is always annoying. She doesn't do what she should and is not even punished for it, unlike me. But I don't want to say anything about it either, because I'm afraid that she will then no longer come to us and that my mother and my stepfather will be angry with me.

Talk to her. Go for a walk with her or just sit down on the couch together.

If that really isn't the case, go to your mother and explain that you really want your stepsister and stepfather to come, but your little stepsister is harming herself by secretly playing horror computer games. Your mother will understand.

And otherwise take your laptop with you wherever you go, or maybe give it to your mother in the afternoon so that she can take care of it and your stepsister can't play on it.
