I have the following problem:
After installing Win 10 on my laptop, I have this problem, when I turn it on and I log in, the laptop turns off after 5-10 seconds.
There's a screen and there's "lock", then it turns off.
And when I start it again, everything runs smoothly, it doesn't switch off, and that until I pull out the mains plug (the battery is defective, must be replaced)
Do you have any idea what it could be?
I look forward to answering.
Where should your laptop get power when you pull out the power plug? Since the battery can't be charged properly, it can't work without a power supply. So get the battery out and without the battery keep hanging the laptop on the power.
Probably something about the power supply.
The energy setting can be such that the laptop goes into stand-by or something else when the battery is too low.
Ok, that was my guess too.
But why does it say "lock" when it turns off, that has nothing to do with it or?
The battery is defective, so I take it out and start it directly from the socket, let's see if this problem still exists.
WAIT, something's wrong here.
I wanted to say that if I then turn OFF my laptop and then pull out the plug, this problem comes back.
I'm not that hollow now, I'm aware that a defective battery will not work XD
Just one question: why is it locked at all?
I mean, if something is wrong with the power supply, you can tell, but no.
It says crystal clear when it turns itself off after logging in that it "locks", so there's "lock", and turns itself off.
This may be the case.
There are so many operating systems and so many settings.
In general: defective components are always more
