Rockstar Games Launcher website does not open?

I'm trying to install the Rockstar Games Launcher on my laptop right now. The problem is that the download sites and the social club are not opening. The other pages open easily, only these two not. Anyway, I do not think that's because of Rockstar Games, maybe someone can help me with that.
