I have a small problem. I just moved the game GTA 5 in the Rockstar Games Launcher. I thought I could move it from the hard drive to the SSD like this. After doing that, I couldn't start the game in the launcher I now open the launcher, it says, install now "as if I had deleted the game. When searching for the game in the Windows search bar only comes a folder that does not contain the game. Did I really accidentally delete the game or is it still on my laptop? And how can it undo? I would appreciate help.
As far as I know it is not so easy to move your games between the disks because there are many different folders and files, and sometimes it depends on where the launcher is installed
I'm a computer scientist. You can't just move a folder with a program or game. You have to reinstall it in any case, since there are references to the old path and of course you do not change them if you save the game to a different location.
I would simply delete GTA cleanly, i.e. All folders. To be on the safe side, also check appwiz.cpl to see if GTA is still there (otherwise uninstall it as well).
Then download it again and install it on the SSD.
He doesn't know that the game fies exist because where he thinks they are not.
Try opening it with the .exe
