Windows 10 does not recognize my connected Bluetooth headphones as audio output - what to do?

Problem: I have jbl live bluetooth headphones. Mac and smartphone run really easy. But now I want to connect it to my Windows laptop too. I already got it connected (via bluetooth) but I have no sound.

In the sound settings you set the device where the sound should be output. There my connected headphones ncith are listed. Anyone have a plan of this?

Either your Bluetooth adapter does not support the relevant audio protocol or the drivers are not installed at all.
