Bluetooth headphones are not detected by the laptop?

In short: My headphones are not found by my laptop.

Long problem presentation:
I have the Gigabyte AERO 15 laptop and the Sennheiser Momentum headphones.

The headphones can be connected to any device (like my 2nd computer, smartphone etc), just not with my laptop. You have already connected and other Bluetooth headphones or devices (such as controllers or mice) are found without problems from the laptop.

Only when more than 8 devices were connected to the headphones, my laptop had to re-pair with the headset again. It just did not work that way.

So I have the headset under the Bluetooth settings and "remove device" disappear and have the headphones again trying to search on the laptop.

Now the headphones no longer appear. So I have no way to pair this headset with my laptop.

What I have already tried:

Bluetooth and laptop restarted
Driver in Device Manager Enabled and Disabled
Bluetooth driver reinstalled

Did you set the headphones to PAIRING at Connection

Do

Can it be that your headphones have the maximum number of pairings stored?

Try to delete the coupling buffer of the headphones.
