What do you mean by "retro pictures"?

If you have an analog camera (with film) you have to scan (digitize) the negative or slide first, which results in a massive loss of quality at very high costs (film, several euro for a few pictures). For the same price you get an SD card, where you can take 1000de pictures depending on the resolution and then reuse them. You can't upload directly because the film does not have a digital photo mat.

You can certainly create your retro look with any reasonable image editing program (e.g. Sepia function). Buy a good digicam, have more of it. Especially since the market for analog cameras should now have a niche position.

You can only get real retro pictures with analog cameras and there are none with a USB port.

You can only have the images developed and then photograph them or either scan the images or the developed film. This works with normal scanners or with extra film scanners. E.g. Reflecta X22 Scan. Or if you want something more professional: Plustek OpticFilm 8200i SE.

Otherwise you can mimic the retro look with your mobile phone with various apps, e.g. VSCO.
