Hey is there a way to reinstall my windows 10? I can't reset my laptop to factory settings (I always get an error) and windows is spinning. I also see errors on the disk. I have no cd because the windows was preinstalled. Unfortunately, the warranty from the laptop has also expired

You don't need a key, you just have to install the same Win10, probably W10 Home 64bit.
Thanks for the answer but has done. The laptop doesn't even start up windows anymore (starts up but doesn't load windows like an endless loop.) I ordered a new one.

You probably only have a damaged operating system which can be reinstalled in 10 minutes.
Just have to have a boot stick.
