What to do if laptop after crash no longer concerned?

Hi, I've had the problem for some time that my laptop is slower and sometimes crashes or something similar. Just now I have a video viewed, which was interrupted, however, because the site closed for no reason. Youtube then opened again in a new tab, where my laptop is then completely destroyed… First came a kind of "glitch effect" in the middle of the screen (so several colorful lines, I do not know how to describe it…) then the rest of the screen became turquoise… The "mouse arrow" is gone and the laptop can't be turned on or off… Does anyone know what to do?
