Wireless mouse doesn't want?

Yesterday everything worked perfectly. Today I turned my laptop on as normal. The mouse didn't, so I thought the batteries were empty and made new ones. We thought it was strange since it is still new. Anyway, it doesn't. I have windows 10. It will definitely be recognized. When I turn it off and on it lights up briefly and then nothing comes. Have already tried it on my friend's pc and there exactly the same game. Has it just broken so badly? It didn't fall or something
